The China-Russia Expo (referred to as the China-Russia Expo) is an international large-scale exposition jointly sponsored by the Chinese and Russian governments. It is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. International Exhibition Industry Association (UFI) certified fair.

With the theme of "Sino-Russian Local Cooperation: Opportunities, Potentials and Futures", this China-Russia Expo will focus on the exchanges and cooperation between China and Russia, localities and enterprises, and serve to build a "One Belt, One Road" link with the Eurasian Economic Union and give full play to the venue. The advantages of the core areas of Northeast Asia and the important bearing areas of China-Russia comprehensive cooperation have widely invited local and enterprises from China and Russia and third-party countries to participate in the promotion of international market, capital and technology.

The China-Russia Joint Innovation (Shenzhen) Center recommended to the exhibition mainly involved in optoelectronic technology, robotics, software development, etc., and demonstrated technologies and achievements in high-tech fields such as scientific research, innovation, and cooperation with Russia.
